1. A shell corporation is a company which serves as a vehicle for business transactions without itself having any significant assets or operations. Sometimes, shell companies are used for tax evasion or tax avoidance, or to achieve a specific goal such as anonymity.

2. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) (often referred to as the Censor Board) is a statutory censorship and classification body under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. It is tasked with "regulating the public exhibition of films under the provisions of the Cinematograph Act 1952". 

Films can be publicly exhibited in India only after they are certified by the Board, including films shown on television. CBFC India is considered to be one of the most powerful film censor boards in the world due to its strict ways of functioning.

3. The Arkavati is an important mountain river in Karnataka, India, originating at Nandi Hills of Chikkaballapura district. It is a tributary of the Kaveri, which it joins at 34 km south of Kanakapura, called Sangama in Kannada, after flowing through ramanagara and Kanakapura.

8. Google Tez is a mobile wallet based on the Unified Payment Interface (UPI) platform built by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

UPI-enabled wallets permit user to transfer money without the recipient's bank account details. The UPI ID of the recipient is used as a proxy for the account number and IFSC code, there by simplifying the money transfer.

9. UM Lohia Two wheelers Pvt. Ltd., the Indian arm of the american motor cycle maker UM International, is planning to set up a manufacturing unit to make cruiser motor cycles in India.

Mr. Lohia announced the roll out of two bikes - Renegade Commando Mojave and Renegade Commando classic in Chennai.
